Continuous Hinges

PINET®’s continuous hinges (also called piano hinges) are available in different variations and manufacturing processes. These long hinges have a width of 15 mm to 127 mm with a length of up to 2 meters. Continuous hinges can be aluminum profile hinges, rolled knuckle hinges, polymer extruded hinges, cranked hinges, or double knuckle hinges. Choose from a wide range of materials such as stainless steel 304 or 316L, steel, aluminum, polypropylene and more.

Concealed Hinges

PINET®’s range of concealed hinges consists of different types for surface-mounted or nested doors. They offer different kinematics for specific door movements and are available in stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316L, steel and zamak. With an opening angle of 90° to 180° they are easy to adapt to your needs.

Spring-Loaded Hinges

Spring-loaded hinges contain an integrated spring inside the hinge to open or close a door without other components. The hatch or flap can stay closed or open with these types of hinges. The spring can either be visible (common version) or non-visible (hinges made of aluminum profile).

Positioning Hinges

The range of PINET® positioning hinges integrates dual function products such as friction hinges, detent hinges or stop hinges. With positioning hinges, a flap can be maintained in a specific position, with different force values.

Heavy-Duty Hinges

Heavy-duty hinges are particularly suitable for demanding, high-load industrial applications. This PINET® range consists of reinforced hinges and top weld-on, rolled knot reinforced hinges and profile hinges. They also offer “modulo hinges”, high-load hinges that are composed according to your specific needs. PINET®’s heavy-duty hinges are available in steel or stainless steel with a possible opening angle of 180° to 270°.
