The EVO PT® is the evolutionary advancement of the EJOT PT® and Delta PT® self-tapping screws for plastics. Its innovative thread forming process results in an installation torque during the screw-in process that is virtually independent of the installation depth. Thus, a uniform tightening torque can be used in production even with different screw lengths.

Reliable Positioning for a Consistent Assembly Process

The special lead-in thread at the tip of the EVO PT® enables automatic centering of the screw in the pre-hole. This ensures a reliable assembly process and helps with hole position tolerances or misaligned components. In addition, the lead-in thread creates an even load on the thread flanks and a uniform stress distribution under the screw head when assembled.
