Vargal® Lock Nuts Mechanism

When a Vargal® lock nut is tightened, the outer spring is radially deformed and pressed against the nut collar, resulting in a reliable, force-fit connection between the assembled parts. Operators can use standard tools for assembly, as a low torque is sufficient to achieve the desired locking effect.

Another advantage: Vargal® lock nuts maintain clamping force even after repeated use.
