Rollout Specialist / SME Procurement 100% (all genders)

ROLLOUT SPECIALIST / SME PROCUREMENT 100% (all genders)


Your Mission

The Rollout Specialist Procurement (80%) is part of the ERP project team and the purpose of this role is to manage the deployment activities (i.e. testing/data/training/change management/cutover) within your area of expertise to ensure the successful deployment of the ERP solution. The Rollout Specialist will ensure deployment activities are executed within the scope and within the agreed planning, specifications and quality standard, and ensure program satisfaction. The role of SME (Subject Matter Expert) Procurement (20%) acts as a liaison between the ERP Program and the Business on a global level.

 

Your tasks

  • Conduct the fit gap analyses during the initial discovery phase to identify any potential legal/fiscal/regulatory re-quirements by the guiding the local organization through the future processes supported by demos in the new ERP
  • Support the user acceptance testing (UAT) which is the testing of the template prior to Go Live in your area of expertise
  • Drive the business change adoption through management of the change impact assessment in conjunction with the local SMEs to ensure adoption of the solution
  • Train-the-trainer approach – provide training to the local SMEs who will then deliver the training to the end us-ers
  • Provide post Go Live support on site to the local SMEs during a specified hypercare period
  • Support the Rollout Manager, BU Project Manager, and ERP Program Management in maintaining and managing the deployment plan and resource forecast, including ensuring delivery according to plan, monitoring rollout team performance, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and potential issues
  • Liaise with Rollout Project Manager and others for escalations on scope, processes, Global Template changes
  • Post ERP implementation to provide expertise to the business to support future rollouts and projects
  • Process harmonization within respective business domain towards the standard processes in the new ERP system
  • Supporting BPOs and ERP team in Reviewing TO BE business process documentation and identifying gaps
  • Connect BPOs with project teams from approving TO BE business process documentation
  • Ensuring that the processes being implemented are in line with the company’s operations and do not affect oth-er department`s operations
  • Assuring template is being implemented during the rollouts preventing deviations in terms of solutions and data

 

Your qualifications

  • 5+ years of total experience in Business with focus on Procurement
  • 2+ years of experience of IT Governance and/or IT Project management are a plus
  • PMP or PRINCE2 and SAFe (or similar) certification are a plus
  • Functional expertise in your area to liaise with local SMEs
  • Soft skills to deliver training & support local SMEs
  • Change management skills, including coaching and mediation
  • Project management skills – planning, support local teams in the D365 rollout, and drive user adoption
  • Quality mindset to guide testing, attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads and activities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must possess the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to complete tasks to meet team objectives as necessary
