Loncin Motorcycle, based in Chongqing, China, have realized their dream of creating precisely crafted motorbikes with the help of Bossard. The VOGE Promise series is a testament to Loncin's commitment to quality and attention to detail, even down to the smallest fasteners. As a leading domestic motorcycle brand in the field of large-displacement motorcycles, Loncin's bike and engine sales are among the best in the industry, with a presence in over 80 countries and a strategic partnership with BMW.
As the popularity of motorcycles grows, the demand for large-displacement bikes has increased, presenting new challenges in terms of appearance, product quality, and overall performance. To maintain their reputation for precise craftsmanship, Loncin imposes strict control over product details and has high demands for the quality of their fastening connections.
Bossard plays an integral role in the research and development of Loncin motorcycles by assisting engineers with the selection of appropriate fastening solutions in the prototype phase. This includes confirming the functionality and safety of fasteners in a laboratory that holds ISO 17025 certification, such as conducting annual tests on the friction coefficient of fasteners to ensure consistency and reliability of motorcycle fastening connections, thereby maintaining stable quality standards.
